As we eased into Autumn, the company reporting season added its usual volatility to the share market and the ASX hit several record highs towards the end of February. This, however, was short-lived as recent geopolitical concerns and their impact on oil prices and inflation has heightened volatility in investment markets. How long the war in the Middle East will continue and the economic impact it will have will undoubtedly continue to be at the forefront of investors’ minds.
